Refund policy

I don’t accept returns or refunds, but I always want you to be happy with your jewellery. If your piece arrives damaged, or if it breaks unusually quickly after you start wearing it, I’ll happily repair or replace it where possible.

Please note that I can’t cover issues caused by normal wear-and-tear, stretching, water exposure, cosmetics, or accidental damage — but if something feels like it shouldn’t have happened, just get in touch and I’ll take a look.

If you need help with a repair or replacement, please contact me within 14 days and include a clear photo of the issue and I will arrange an exchange, refund or repair. You are  welcome to contact me for advice on possible repair options.
